Made it through day one. The costumes were mind blowing. This is just a sample. Amazing creativity everywhere. Also, attended a panel with Stan Lee. The man is a legend, but he is also 94. It was pretty entertaining. Followed that up with a panel by Jewel Staite from Firefly. She talked for about five minutes about having to pee in the big ball gown she wore in a episode. Funny stuff.

God, I hope I can go again next year. Used to go every year up until about 3 years back. It’s always such a blast there. Great to see so many excellent costumes like usual. Definitely envious of you getting to the Lee panel. He’s getting on in years, and I’m worried I won’t have many more opportunities to see him in person.
Hopefully, Nazi Supergirl and her boyfriend won’t be in attendance this year.
